How do cancelled orders affect my performance history? https://greatcontent.com/helpdesk/linguists/how-do-cancelled-orders-affect-my-performance-history/ Mon, 06 Dec 2021 15:33:58 +0000 https://greatcontent.com/?post_type=helpdesk_linguists&p=475 Besides the feedback from the client, we keep track of the following aspects:

    • Revision rate - % of texts that have been sent to a 2nd revision cycle
    • Cancellation rate - % of orders you cancelled without submitting the text
    • Rejection rate - % of texts that have been rejected by clients

Positive statistics are the base for moving you to a higher quality level. Therefore, each cancellation can have a negative impact on your overall performance, thus, disable you from getting promoted to a higher quality level.
