The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has determined to launch two new housing schemes in Peshawar and Mardan districts in next 2 months. The planned schemes comprise Tokra-III Housing Project on the Ring Road, Peshawar, and High-rise Flats Project in Mardan. It was affirmed that work had started on site examination of Surizai Housing Scheme, Peshawar, cover an area of 8,500 kanals. The project will consist of regarding, 000 gray arrangement houses and flats.
KPK Govt Tokra-III Housing Project
The participants were knowledgeable that balloting for 2,510 plots had been complete under Jalozai Housing Scheme Phase-III while development was also being completed on the Jalozai flats scheme covering 150 kanal of land and The KP government has determined to launch two new housing schemes in Peshawar and Mardan districts.
The Chief Minister said that the provincial government’s events to provide inexpensive housing facilities to people through low income are in line through the Prime Minister’s vision. The meeting was informed that the high rise flats scheme in Mardan covering 2.17 Kanal of land would be launch in October, this year 2021.

The Chief Minister Mahmood Khan directed the establishment of housing section to fulfill all pre-requisites in order to make sure the launching of planned housing schemes integrated Tokra-III Ring road and High-rise flats in Mardan as per set time frames. It was affirmed that the preparation and designing of the Tokra-III Housing Project was in progress, which consisted of 1,080 flats over 79 kanals.
